The lady at reception was so kind and helpful to us and we appreciated the weather forecast on the board as we were leaving (very early). A chain hotel, yes, but doesn't feel like one with all the thoughtful touches and helpful info."

"The property and surrounding area was very clean. We had all the utensils needed for cooking and cleaning. Staff were helpful and available when needed. The check in and information website was really helpful and gave us great ideas of things to do. The swimming pool was excellent. Very clean and fun for the kids. The only things to note, for young children one of the play areas is too damaged for use, and it would be useful is to note the required swimwear (i.e. Lycra only and no shorts)."
