"We were extremely happy with the hotel and their service. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff was very friendly. What made us happiest was that it was within walking distance to all facilities."

I think it was a very beautiful hotel and the service was absolutely amazing. The valet service was very nice, he was there to greet us when we arrived and assisted with carrying my bags and parking in my car. Reception was incredibly responsive and did their best to address all of my needs. The reason for the rating is because despite everything else, the air conditioning barely worked and the handle on the door to my room was clearly on its way to coming off. Honestly, if this hotel would fix the air conditioning, and keep everything in good condition. It would be one of the nicer places I’ve stayed at in a very long time. I would still stay here again. I would just make sure that the air conditioning in my room works.

Mersin'de bir günlük konaklamamizda en iyi yerlerden biri diyebilirim, temizliği ve çalışanların ilgisi özellikle onplandaydi. Oda biraz küçük sayilir ancak yeterliydi, kahvaltısı güzel bir açık bufeydi. Ama otelin kesinlikle ön plana çıkan özelliği konumu. Aracımızı parketme konusunda vale olan, eşyalarımızı tasiyan, temizlikte görevli olan çalışanlara çok teşekkürler. Tavsiye ederim.

Oldukça iyi fiyat/performans

1 gece kaldığımız otelde herşey iyiydi. Şehir merkezinde, forum avm ye 1dk uzaklıkta. Bölge itibariyle hemen herşeye ulaşım sorunsuz. Oda iyiydi ve temizdi. Fiyatına göre alınan hizmet ve olanaklar üst düzey. Kahvaltısı da gayet yeterliydi.

enttäuschend

Rezeption alles bestens, Zimmerservice (Reinigung) katastrophal, teilweise nur Handtücher getauscht, nichts gereinigt, Fußboden total verschmutzt, leider nur Raucherzimmer auch unsere Suite mit gerade mal 30m², kaum verstellbare Klimaanlage (pustet nur auf das Bett), sehr lautes Stadthotel, sehr hellhörig, ständig Lärm die ganze Nacht, Frühstück mittelmäßig, teilweise lag verfaultes Obst aus, täglich nur 1 völlig überzuckerter Fruchtsaft in Glasflasche, wegen einer Erkrankung durfte nicht mal eine Freundin die Medikamente aufs Zimmer bringen und wurde vom Kofferträger beleidigt. Keine Wohlfühlatmasphäre

Hayal kırıklığı..

Daha önce kaldığım bir oteldi.Hem konumu olsun hem konforu olsun Mersindeki oteller arasında tek geçtiğim diyebilirdim.Lakin bu gidişimde oteli benden soğutan resepsiyondaki kıvırcık saçlı renkli gözlü hanıma (sanırım tek bayan çalışıyor ) saygısızlığı ıcın tesekkur ederim.Gündüz odamda çalıştıgım ıcın aksam dısarı cıktıgımda oda temızlıgı rıca etmıstım kendısınden lakin bana aksamları oda temızlıgı olmadıgını soyledı.Nasıl bir otelde oda temızlıgının saati olur anlamadım.Oteli merak edip bakmaya gelen arkadasımı odamı gezdırmek ıstedım lakın bilmişlik taslayarak misafir yasağı oldugunu soyledı . Özellikle bu duruma anlam veremedım ki ücretini ödemyi bıle teklıf ettim.Uzun yıllardır otelde calısan bi insan olarak boyle bır durumla ılk defa karsılastım ve üzüldüm ki sürekli olarak konaklamayı düşünürken.Tesekkurlerimi ise sadece otelin fb personeli ve hk bölümüne etmek istiyorum.
