"Everything was really good, from the initial greeting at check-in to the efficiency of the check-out.
The staff were always friendly and helpful.
Our only criticism was the bass noise coming from the club next door. While this is not the fault of the hotel, it was difficult to get to sleep on our final night.

"Apartment is good except very stingy on toilet paper. There’s 4 adults staying in the apartment for five days and only allocated 4 rolls. We need to request for it and only given 2 rolls until we need to buy our own tissues.
There was no water during one night in toilets and we were unable to flush and wash hands till next morning which there were no communication or warning.
Unable to make drink water or make beverages too. "

"The price is not worth for the unit. Bed and pillow condition is bad. The towel is too small and old.
With the price of rm330, don’t even have water bottles.
Owner supposed to WhatsApp to me the unit but didn’t do. Once we reached we have to ask guard and than contact the unit owner. Totally not happy with this unit. "
