"The room was immaculate and bed very comfortable. The refrigerator has a small freezer in it ,which was a special treat. The air conditioner was quiet ,which not always a given. There is also a chair/recliner in the room. The bathroom is large and shower great. There is ample parking with various access doors close to hotel which was great for us as we had lots of luggage. There is also a chair/recliner in the room. They were working on the spa but might be fixed by time you get there. Tips... the door handle to the room is a lift UP not press down and the ice machine is on the 5th flr. The people who work there are very friendly and exceedingly helpful. James went out of his way to help us with a couple questions. We didn't eat the breakfast because we are late sleepers so I cannot report on this. Highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Mesa. "
