8/10 Good

"Hotel was ok on first inspection but the cracks started to appear the more I looked. Some random spots on the duvet and pillow cases. A weird smoking smell appeared when we came back to the room for the night. Shampoo bottles about to fall off the wall and scuffs in the bathtub. Valet basically being the only parking option besides a beaten down lot across the street and a parking garage down the road. Overall, not a bad place if you only need a night, but I can’t imaging staying there for more than that."

"The whole property was well maintained and clean. I was very impressed with the entry way and hallway. The front desk person was very thorough and explained everything with a smile, thanks Brandan. Breakfast was average, no frills, as expected for these type of properties, with scrambled eggs and sausage, assorted cereals, bagels and white bread, pastries, waffle batterl, fresh fruit. Air condition was on par."

"Reserved for a visit by relatives. They enjoyed the stay. Location is right off the highway so drop off and pickup is a bit tricky. One room also faced noisy Rainey Street. Music can be loud from nearby bars. Hotel is well maintained. We chose it for its location, mainly, for their quick weekend visit."
