"The hotel is in a fabulous location …walkable to shops and restaurants. The husband and wife at the front desk were amazing and so helpful. We had a very early departure and they even set up coffee and danish for us before we left. Highly recommend!"
"Spacious room, decent size bed with odd shaped bathroom.
Very good selection for continental breakfast. No green tea but had soy milk if you asked. Would be nicer if yoghurts were in a fridge so cold!
Poor air con, went to sleep with windows open but street noise was very loud and kept waking us up so tried to put on air con in middle of night and it wouldn’t let you go below 24 degrees. Air con in halls and breakfast room was cool so seemed to be a room fault. "
"The hotel was ideally located about a 7 min walk from the centre , great base . Train station is approximately 2.5km away , bus service is available. Breakfast is sufficient, staff very helpful & friendly . Pool was only open 4-9pm & you had to book . Dint use outside areas as was extremely windy when we visited ."
"This hotel was exactly what I needed exactly when I needed it. Hotel staff fielded questions about posting parcels, got me a sewing kit, and made me cappuccino in the morning. The breakfast might have a juicer (didn't my second morning) but had truly tasty things to eat and the lightest scrambled eggs ever. Felt safe and easy."
"Wonderful stay at La terra - stunning spacious room. Fantastic staff. Especially the lady on reception. Only negative was breakfast was pretty poor - coffee okay but when I asked for a normal yogurt and not 0 fat - I got laughed at. No choice of breakfast at all. So we didn’t go for the second day. However it’s right in town and the stay was good."
"We stayed three nights. The room had dust on the floor and I stepped on a toe nail (not mine) in the bathroom. The bathroom floor tiles were badly cracked. The shower over bath had no screen. Breakfast was ok - not great but ok. Staff were ok. The AC came on automatically what appeared to be randomly. Overall, hotel seemed a bit shabby. We should have stayed in the old town."
"déjeuner parfait, il y a de tout.
personnel est courtoi
stationnement est parfait et bien sécurisé.
chambre 212 le matelas est sur les ressorts et blessant. ce matela est à jeter.
mais à part cela, c,est ok et ce ne sont pas tout les matelas qui sont dégradés."
