It comprises a lovely 45 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, two bathrooms (with bath and shower) and a 600 m² garden with a terrace and swimming pool. Outside: - A private, heated swimming pool, 8.5×4.2 m², open from June to September, secured by a bar cover. On request and subject to acceptance, it can be heated outside these dates. - A beautiful enclosed garden of 600 m², facing south-west - A 20 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days

The house is ideally located in Meschers-sur-Gironde, in a very pleasant environment. You will enjoy the immediate proximity of all essential shops, as well as numerous boutiques, restaurants, bars and the local market. Everything is within walking distance, allowing you to make the most of your stay.
