Come stay at this beautiful Springs condo & enjoy the views of the mountains and the valley. This 2 bedrooms, 2 baths condo with a balcony with its own kitchen sleeps 6. It features beautiful furnishings and luxury amenities - A balcony off of the living room, large kitchen w/ all utensils, linens, washer & dryer, flat screen TV, cable, wireless internet, and a one car garage.

Your stay includes a daily value of $510 in complimentary activities. Starting September 15th, 2024, every reservation of 27 days or less will automatically include free tickets to top attractions such as golfing, Zion tours, and more, offering you exceptional experiences each day of your stay.

This condo is located in the heart of Mesquite within a few minutes of 7 championship golf courses and 3 casinos. It is approximately a one hour drive to Las Vegas and only 35 miles to St George, UT. The Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, Lake Mead and Zion National Park are wonderful day trip options.

Location was excellent, house was clean, everything was useable and decent. Most of the kitchen items was old but was able to use. Good stay and would recommend for families.

Fun place in great location

We stayed here while our 2 sons played in the Rage FC soccer tournament. We like being north of St. George for a shorter drive from SLC.Nice being right next to the pickleball and pool, could hear the pickleball a little bit, but we were ok with that. The pool slide wasn’t working, but kids liked the pool, lazy river and 2 hot tubs.Great bike paths nearby! We biked on paths to tunnels under 1-15 to get to church rocks, grapevine, and Dino cliffs Mountain biking.Also shuttled car to bottom of Virgin River bike path, then rode 11 miles downhill on bike paths!
