"After an exhaustive, frustrating day, too tired to return home, I got a single KING at Super Six (SS). GPS sent me to the wrong side of Hwy 80; I circled for a little over an hour. I drove into Dallas, looking for assistance at the SS off Loop 12 and 30. They weren't affiliated; no help there. While there, I dialed the 800- number, spent a few minutes on hold, and talked with a human who patched me through to my destination. The night clerk was so patient and understanding, and on top of that, she gave me PERFECT directions to her location. When I spoke, she recognized my voice. Winning. She checked my credentials and then informed me I was on the 4th floor (#$%^*), near the elevator (; -)), and I was WINNING once again. My day turned around at SS. My trip started at 9 pm, and I arrived at SS at 11:23 pm. However, her kindness helped. The following day, after five hours of sleep, (ever been too tired to rest?) I asked the front desk for help taking a box back down to my vehicle, even though I had brought it upstairs. I guess anger makes one stronger. The front desk said they would try to find someone. About 20 minutes later, I opened the door for a clerk who was waiting for me with a laundry cart. She verified the box's weight, rolled it to the elevator, and waited for me to catch up, showing great patience. She was so nice, I tipped her with a gift card. (Fixed income, don't judge.) Surprised it had a kitchenette, now I know. It's an older property, but it works"

"Its cozy but sort of strange as well, nobody is ever there and the prices are always high no deals on this spot ever, when it should be deals seeing how no one goes there..and their not to friendly with the customer service neither.. Breakfast wasn't much and the juice they had ruined my insides smh. It was sort of noisy all night and the tub kept making noises that part kept me up all night it was good for what i needed it for anyways but it isn't a place I'll go stay to sleep in because it was very annoying all night long smh.."

"The check-in staff was a bit unfriendly. They didn’t greet or smile, which was disappointing since I was eager to find a place to rest. I was given room 222, but when I arrived, the door was wide open, and there were no sheets on the bed. I went back downstairs and informed the clerk, who offered me room 133. I wasn’t too upset because I understand that things happen, but the clerk’s demeanor was unfriendly. He didn’t provide me with a booklet or write down my room number, so I had to verify with him which room he had said. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I’m not sure if I’ll return."
