  • The villa is in a beautiful traditional small village called Leukochora Messinias, near Kalamata. The villa, which is on three levels, is 200sq meters on a 1,300sq meters plot of land with a swimming pool.

    The main entrance is on the first floor and has a living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. On the second floor there are two large bedrooms and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi. On the ground floor there is an independent flat with a small living room, with a sofa bed that can sleep two people, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a bedroom with a bathroom.

    The villa will be de-sanitized, including the air-conditioning units before guests arrive and after their departure.

    Amenities: BBQ, heating, air-conditioning in all the bedrooms and the main living room, mosquito blinds, fireplace, internet, wifi, 42" flat screen TV in the living room, two 32" TV's in the top 2 bedrooms, one TV in the ground floor living room, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster, multi-blender, juice extractor, microwave, iron and board, linen and towels, refrigerator, hobs, oven, DVD player, stereo, table games, parking for 2 cars, indoor dining table for 6 - 8 people, pool shower, outdoor dinning table for 6 - 8 people, 4 chaise lounge and various outdoor tables and chairs.
