"Service was excellent, I had an issue with the remote and it was resolved quickly. The guest care team made me feel like I was a priority. I like that they had snacks and drinks there at the lobby for a reasonable price so I didn’t have to leave if I wanted something. Location is close to downtown but far enough away where it’s quiet. I never had breakfast so I can’t speak for that but it was well maintained and clean. I’d stay again!"

"We had a great time. It’s a bit of a fun house, especially with the elevator and pool. The pool is cold but we got in anyway, and you can’t see the whole lake in summer due to trees. I wouldn’t change anything about my stay. Close to the beach, and we walked around the lake; we were thanking the trees because it was a wonderful shady walk around the lake. I felt like I left home after checkout. It was a very fun property, we had a lovely time. Property management made it so easy. I would book again."
