"I liked the cleanliness of the room, just need to pay more attention to cleaning the side of the toilets there were stains at the bottom as I looked over while sitting in the tub. Air conditioning was wonderful stayed cool all night and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was ok not too many choices to choose from. Breakfast attendant could’ve been more welcoming kinda gave weird vibes as she looked at my husband and didn’t say anything, made him felt uncomfortable. But the front desk worker from last night was very nice. Also they charged us 50 dollars incidental fee which we wasn’t aware of until we got to the property, would’ve been nice to know that before hand. Pool was closed so we couldn’t enjoy that but we did enjoy a little of the gym equipment. Will come back in the future🙂"

"The hotel property and the room were clean, the staff was GREAT, and the breakfast was always fresh. The staff was always eager to please. I have no complaints. "

" Parking was easily accessible and plenty of space next to the vehicle for loading and unloading our baby, area is very quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was alway hot and stocked with different hot dishes each day. Staff was pleasant and helpful "

"The breakfast was minimal with not a lot thought or care put into it. The biscuits were stale and the eggs lacked a lot. The bacon was thin and under cooked. When going into the breakfast area,the chairs were placed on the table and it was 2 hours until breakfast time was over. There’s also a lack of training in regards to how to professionally clean an eating or dining area. This was quite a disappointing experience. "

"Loopy is recently renovated. But rooms is not . You need to register your self and do the front desk job by yourself. That’s not fun when you are tired and need to get room to rest . Also No breakfast. Other than that is was decent stay . For this price I think there is other better options "

"Stay was good but disappointed in management. I made a mistake in booking online. Wanted a stay on 4/15 but booked for 4/27. Did not realize until confirmation received. Tried to correct date but was denied by location manager. Had to make a new booking without getting a refund from Hyatt. Very upset. "

"Bad area of town. Staff was pleasant. Elevators were out of order. Room was quite unpleasant. We didn't stay. "
