"I had requested a handicapped accessible room, but was told they were booked. No elevator so my mother had a very hard time going up and down the stairs. The room was a standard room, so no handicapped accessible bathroom. The toilet was too low and the grab bar in the bathtub was broken, which made it very hard for my mother. The a/c wasn't really doing its job. The fridge was humming loudly that we thought it was very windy outside. My key card wouldn't work the second day. Tried to contact manager and finally got her after several phone calls, knocking on the office door and ringing of the bell on the counter. (Probably about fifteen minutes) Looked like I awoke her from sleep. The handicapped parking wasn't close to the front door, and had standing water around the front door parking. Maybe owner should consider putting in an elevator. I'd hate to see others struggling trying to get to the second floor. These broken things should be repaired, but I'm sure it doesn't get logged. "

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful property! The views of the river are stunning and truly make the experience special. The home itself is clean, comfortable, and very welcoming—including being dog-friendly, which was a huge plus for us.The hot tub and sauna were fantastic additions and made our weekend even more relaxing and enjoyable. It’s the perfect place to unwind and recharge.The host was exceptional—very friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything seamless.We had an amazing weekend here and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway."

"Have stayed here before without problems. However, during this stay, the lights and the vent in the bathroom suddenly went off. A woman looked into our room window at 9:50 am and the dresser drawer was full of crayon coloring too as if someone didn't clean it out. Definitely questionable with staying here again. "

"Nice safe area. Staff was accommodating and polite. The room was clean with plenty of linens. Refrigerator was available. Sheets were clean. The room had a slight musty odor. Breakfast was continental which was good for us."
