"We stayed twice on overnight stays to be close to the airport. Beds are comfortable, lots of restaurants nearby and a good breakfast buffet included. The first time we stayed, we were heading to Vietnam and Cambodia after the first month or so in Thailand so we asked if we could leave our large suitcases so we could do carry on for these short haul flights - no problem and no charge. When we came back a month later, our bags were waiting for us, then had a good sleep before our 4AM departure to the airport to fly back to Canada. It’s not “luxury” but perfect for our needs… "

"We booked here about 4 hours before arriving due to flight cancellations leaving us in Bangkok for 48 hours unplanned. We arrived at the hotel and it was clean, friendly and just what we needed. Waking up the next day we were able to fully appreciate the beauty of the hotel, the courtyard and the restaurants. Its perfectly situated near Robinson Mall which is packed full of eateries and shops."

"Could not find the pool that was supposed to be in the 6th floor. Using Google Maps it was almost impossible to find the hotel. A road sign would be most helpful. "

"The front lobby is very impressive and the hotel staff provided excellent service. Unfortunately the room, while clean and comfortable is a little dated as the need for an actual old fashioned key to open the door illustrated. "
