"We loved our stay here! We go to Cuchara every year for the 4th. It was our first year staying here and so glad we did. Beautiful cabin, extremely clean, and helpful hosts. Great space for our family with two littles as well. Loved being up higher on the mountain and the view, and the close proximity to town. Hope to be back soon!"

"We loved our stay at the Cozy Creekside Cabin! Our group of 5 incuded three generations, and everyone found something special to enjoy, explore and relax. Walking among wildflowers and tall pines, quietly reading, watching birds and wildlife were just what we needed. We tried nearby restaurants and were successful fishing mountain lakes. Gathering together for homecooked meals and games was perfect for our family. The house was very comfortable and well appointed. We will return to this sanctuary on the mountain. Thank you."

"I just wanted to say this is a beautiful place and we SO enjoyed our stay. I have a feeling we will be back too. Sara has done an amazing job with creating a home away from home. The enclosed backyard was perfect for our 4 legged babies. The bathroom was elegantly remodeled, the kitchen was quaint and well equipped with all that we needed to cook our meals. We really loved the place with its huge skylight and vaulted ceilings, making it feel very spacious! The #1 thing and most impacting takeaway was the cleanliness of the place. Very impressive for a rental space. It made us feel completely comfortable. Would have liked using the hot tub, but we look forward to coming back again for another opportunity to use it."

"Wife and I had a minimoon after visiting family in Colorado Springs. Cuchara is on our way home so we deciced to have a couple of days out of the Texas heat.This plave is perfect for a couple ! Nice and cozey and the sound of the stream and huge trees is so peaceful. Bed was very comfortable and everything was nice and clean. They have a swamp cooler for cooling and it works adequatley to cool the house during the heat of the day which is not but a couple of hours. It gets cold at night and opening the windows makes for a great nights rest.Cuchara is a couple mile drive south and has three resturants. The Dog Saloon has great seating outside and the food we had was great. We had a very nice dinner at Timbers as well.We went to all the lakes that are around and Cordova Pass. Very enjoyable to see everything.We stay in VRBO places quite a bit and Karey the host was excellent to say the least."
