Mexico Point Farmhouse

The Mexico Point Farmhouse is a perfect getaway just 1 minute from the Mexico Point State Park, Boat Launch and beach. Directly across from the Marina's where almost all of the Lake Ontario fishing charters dock and just a 5 minute drive from multiple state parks with kayaking, fishing, ATV trails hiking and more. Just a short drive from the world famous Salmon River for the Fall Salmon run and with many options for snowmobile trails in winter. Enjoy the outdoors in style!

Entering the Farmhouse through the front door, you walk step into a beautiful living room. Directly in front of you is the downstairs full bathroom and to your right is a cute dining area and modern kitchen with everything you need if you decide to stay at home and cook. At the back of the kitchen is the Laundry area and back door, which we ask you to use when you have been out enjoying the outdoors / fishing etc. There is also a deck for you to sit and enjoy the outdoor space. Moving upstairs, you'll find 3 comfortable bedrooms. 2 with queen beds and 1 with a full. You'll also find an additional bathroom. Careful on the stairs as they are steep!

At the back of the home, there is a nice little deck with a grill. And a cozy firepit in the back yard!

2 night stay at nice home

Peaceful and quiet location

The house was exactly as advertised. Kitchen was very well equipped. Beautiful backyard in a quiet area. Several nice parks within 15 minutes. My family rented both houses which was very convenient. I expect to return next year and highly recommend.

Great farmhouse right by lake Ontario

The home was very nice, modernized and super clean. Close to Oswego, lake Ontario beaches and the boat launch. The only thing worth noting is that all three bedrooms are upstairs and the stairs are a bit steep if you have mobility issues. Owner was responsive to the few questions I had.

Most Charming Rental

We stay in a lot of vacation rentals and this is by far one of our favorites! The house is charming, clean, organized, and just perfect for a family vacation on Lake Ontario. The long driveway is perfect for someone towing a boat (like ourselves) and the boat ramp is just minutes away. Everything was very pleasant. I just can't say enough good things about this place. We are excited to return!

Exactly as pictured

The house looks just as lovely as the pictures show. Very clean and comfortable. The house was very warm and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. We took a 4 min drive down the road, to see Lake Ontario at Mexico Point Park which would be great to visit in the summer. Joe communicated very well. Check in/out was a breeze. Beds were great and area is very quiet. Nice getaway from the city!

A great family reunion

This is a great set up for a large family (with both houses) and was the perfect spot for our family reunion. We had a great time and absolutely loved the layout. There is a large table with plenty of space for additional fold out tables, as well as a huge common room and plenty of outdoor space for our family to hangout. The only challenge was that the rooms weren’t exactly laid out as listed (two twins instead of a full, sleeper sofa in a different room then described) but nothing we couldn’t figure out. Overall great spot that I highly recommend!

Excellent Stay

This is the second time I have stayed at the property. The owner of the property goes above and beyond to ensure that you have an enjoyable stay and is very responsive with communication. The rental provides all the amenities and conveniences you could think of which makes staying ease free. On top of all of this the property is beautiful
