"My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The cities of Angers, Tours and Le Mans were a highlight. The only downside that if you’re a light sleeper the traffic is very noisy at the property from 6.00- 8.00 am. Otherwise i couldn’t fault our stay."

The location was great, with a shop, bakery and small park in walking distance, and Evron and Le Mans short drives away - a great base to explore the area. The property had everything we may need, including games consoles which was a pleasant surprise to our children. "We booked to fish the lake as we often just go fishing in France and it’s tranquil and peaceful, the lake itself isn’t massive and you can hit most of it from the road side, as long as your good at casting! Fishing wise we caught every day smallest carp around 1lb up to 23lb, with 2 other carp at 22 & 20lb as well as quite a few upper doubles. Depths wise far bank 2ft road side 7-9ft, overall a really good place and worth visiting. The carp do take Bollie’s, we mainly used and caught on wafters...

"Debra and David were great hosts, from the communications prior to our arrival to the meet and greet when they showed us everything we needed to know before leaving us to enjoy our lovely corner of France. Our younger boys loved the play-park equipment and our older son loved the 'office chair' which was his area when they werent all in the splash pool. enjoyed some great days out to Les Mans 24hour musee and the local caves.
