"Let me start off by saying that the pictures truly do not do this place justice. If you think the place looks nice, wait til you get there. You'll be blown away. "A number of places in the resort with leaks from the ceiling and no work being done to fix them. Almost the only place to get AC is in your room. Prepare to sweat everywhere else. I can’t believe how many common areas with no AC. A lot of cool places to hang out but you sweat like crazy, so not enjoyable. Requested months before our stay to get rooms next to each other with our kids. They still “could not” do it. We had to be on opposite ends of the building from our children! The water in our shower took 4 full minutes to get warm! 4 FULL minutes! And even then, it was lukewarm at best. We had someone look at it and he said that is just how it is. The food was good for the most part."

"The location is idea. However, they advertised breakfast was included when I arrived, I found out it was not. They do not allow you to have any visitors to your room which is very odd and childish. I do not recommend their buffet it's the same food every day and is not the best. There are better cheaper places to eat right across the street. They offer open bar but their alcohol is cheap not recommended."

"The resort was definitely not clean, there was iguana poop everywhere, all over walkways, in the pools and lazy river. Lazy river was always full of debris like sticks and leaves. Staff there for the most part was good but there were a couple that definitely didn’t care to try help with much at all. The golf carts to take you around are a awesome idea considering it’s built into the side of a mountain but the golf carts where not easy to get ahold of or you would find them all at the top of the resort all hanging out chatting. There was not much for food choices there, the pool bar and grill had easily the best food at the resort. Trying to get to and from the airport was also a task as they didn’t really wanna help at the front desk unless you paid a heavy price for the ride. Overall I definitely wouldn’t choose this resort to stay at again as it was very dirty and the food was not the best."
