Great location.. But property has limitations.

Excellent location steps from the sea.. But it is cramped /small further the ' bedroom ' on mezzanine floor a challenge.. Floor to ceiling well under 5 feet consequently the bed is really a mattress on the floor. Not practical for older holiday makers. Reasonably well equipped and outside paved terrace a major plus given the limited space inside. Maybe I did not fully read your terms and conditions so when on my arrival the owner wished me to pay , in cash , €600 deposit I was flabbergasted.. The matter was resolved but I felt that if I was to be asked for such a large sum then it should have been so prominent in your material that I could not have missed it.. Mind you to have the deposit returned on departure in cash and euros ,not a UK currency , would have been enough for me to seek an alternative property!! Parking very close by and the property will soon benefit from WIFI a very much rarer facility in France than in UK..

Un logement qui vaut le détour. Très beau logement avec une vue exceptionnelle. Tout à disposition, calme mais avec animation et commerces proches . On vit dehors , dedans avec confort à tous les niveaux . Propriétaire à disposition et d’une très grande amabilité.

Nous avons eu un véritable coup de coeur pour Mèze, notamment grâce à l'appartement dans lequel nous avons séjourné. Il ne peut pas être plus proche de la plage tout en étant proche du centre ville. Top.

Die Wohnung für perfekte Ferien...

Für uns war diese wunderschöne Ferienwohnung perfekt und wir werden im nächsten Jahr direkt wiederkommen. Wir verbrachten zu Viert, 2 Erwachsene und 2 Teenager, drei Wochen in Mèze in der Wohnung und haben jede Minute genossen. Dieser Ausblick, jedes Mal wenn man aus der Tür trat, war jedes Mal einmalig und wunderschön. Die Wohnung ist sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist natürlich toll, diese große Terrasse zu haben. Die Terrasse hat es uns auch zu Viert ermöglicht, dass jeder entspannt und mit viel Platz dort sitzen konnte. Auch das Essen auf der Terrasse war geschützt möglich, so dass niemand auf den Tisch schauen konnte. Denn der Weg um das Haus herum ist sehr beliebt und führt direkt an der Wohnung vorbei. Es war aber nie voll, es war nie störend. Man muss allerdings die Konzerte mögen, die das nebenanliegende Restaurant ab und an veranstaltet. Die kleine Bühne ist direkt vor der Terrasse aufgebaut. Wir haben diese Abende sehr genossen und hatten viel Spaß. Der Vorteil ist eben auch einfach, dass um Mitternacht Ruhe ist. Auch der Ort an sich ist perfekt, wenn man zwischen Entspannung und Erlebnis seinen Urlaub verbringen möchte und das Auto stehen lassen will. Es hat alles gepasst, es waren großartige drei Wochen mit tollen, herzlichen Vermietern und wir freuen uns jeden Tag auf den nächsten Urlaub dort.

Séjour cinq étoiles !

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique dans cet appartement certes cosy mais très bien pensé et équipé largement à souhait. La proximité avec : la plage , le centre de Meze, les spots de pêche , nous a permis de découvrir cet endroit à fond !. Rien n'aurait pu être parfait sans l'accompagnement , l'écoute et la disponibilité de Gaelle et Alexandre les propriétaires. Merci et à bientôt , et en attendant bon courage pour les vendanges !

J'y ai séjourné 2 semaines en octobre 2016 après des vendanges dans la région. Location très bien située, au bord de l'eau, cuisine équipée de tous les ustensiles, chaîne hifi, grande télé écran plat, belle terrasse, tout pour s'y plaire. Parking gratuit à proximité et nombreux restaurants. Très beau gîte fonctionnel et propriétaires sympa.

Nous avons eut le plaisir de passer un très agréable séjour … L'emplacement est parfait: les pieds dans l'eau, proche des commerces et restaurants… pour les amateurs de poissons, fruits de mer lâchez vous… La terrasse est la bien venue avec une équipement très appréciable et complet!!!! Le studio d'une grande propreté est "un nid ".. Les équipements son à la hauteur et suffisants… Les baies vitrées offrent "un balcon sur la mer "… Les propriétaires ont été charmants et disponibles… Ils sont même vignerons!! parfait pour avoir de belles bouteilles à leur domaine.. Je dis tout simplement à très bientôt ;-)

Ravis de notre location ; les pieds dans l'eau, la plage à 30 mètres, le port et les commerces à proximité immédiate. Le cadre est très beau. Le studio est bien équipé et fonctionnel. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et à l'écoute. Le studio est très propre, décoré avec goût et il n'y manque rien. Seule la mezzanine manque un peu de hauteur. On s'y sent bien et la climatisation est un plus. La terrasse est très accueillante et permet de prendre ses repas avec une vue imprenable sur Sète. Les balades dans le coin sont sympas que ce soit en voiture ou en vélo. Bref à recommander sans aucune hésitation. Merci à Gaëlle et Alexandre pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse.

Licht und Schatten

Die Ferienwohnung liegt direkt an der Lagune, allerdings geht ein Fußweg daran vorbei, der recht gut frequentiert wird: der Blick in die Wohnungund auf die Terrasse ist nicht ungeschützt. Die Wohnung ist wunderbar hell wegen der beiden Fenster - allerdings muss man gegen neugierige Blicke und gegen Sonne die Rollos schließen... Die Terrasse und die Fenster zeigen nach Osten, d.h., die Sonne verschwindet nachmittags hinter dem Haus. Im Hochsommer ist es in der Wohnugn wegen der Fenster vermutlich so heiß, dass man die Aussicht erst am Abend genießen kann. Im Herbst (unsere Reisezeit) ist es nachmittags und abends zu schattig , um draußen zu sitzen. Sehr ärgerlich fanden wir, dass vom Vermieter lediglich ein Handtuch pro Person für eine Woche zur Verfügung gestellt wurde! Außerdem funktionierte da angekündigte W-Lan in der Wohnung nicht (nur in der Nachbar-Kneipe). Ma muss auch wissen, dass die Höhe des "Mezzanine" 1,20 m ist, das Bett also lediglich im Kriechgang zu erreichen. Kurz vor der Ankunft eruhren wir per E-Mail, dass wir eine Kaution von 600 Euro zu entrichten hätten, was bei der Größe der winzigen Wohnung schon überraschend war. Sehr angenehm fanden wir die Lage der Wohnung direkt am Hafen mit Parkmöglichkeit und Laufnähe zur Stadtmitte mit Markt, schönen Restaurants und allen Geschäften. Mèze ist ein sehr netter Ort. Hinter dem Haus (der Capitainerie) fanden wir eine wunderbare Bank, um jeden Abend beim Aperitiv den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen.

Que du bonheur et tranquilité

Ouvrant le portillon du jardin , on peut plonger dans la grande bleu et j'ai nagé presque 6 fois par jour. Adepte du paddle et Kanoé , j'ai pu les garer sur la grande terrasse au bord de l'eau. Studio très chic et coquet . Les propriétaires très sympa ont le sens du détail . Très bon rapport qualité prix..... A essayer absolumment!
