"I cannot believe you would include this property for ANYONE TO STAY AT. I WOULD LIKE A COMPLETE REFUND! IT WAS UNBELIEVABLE. POOL WAS A WRECK, NOT OPEN, NO F&B outlets of any kind. It was scary and I didn't feel safe, but had no other options. I have pictures!"
