"Constant road works until 1am with bedroom windows facing the road works and noisy potholes and the noise from generators running all night. It would have been nice to have been advised of the roadworks as I would have packed earplugs but zero communication. "

"When we arrived (with 2 little children) we couldn't get in as the gate was locked. After 20 min of calling out a teenage boy showed up and made comments in not very pleasant voice that we were supposed to get a gate code to let ourselves in. But we never received any instructions!! Then he couldn't get into a small safe on the outside wall of the "office" where our apartment keys were locked in. After another few minutes a teenage girl appeared and unlocked it. "Great value for money! Not the most modern hotel I've been to but very clean and spacious. We had the aircon, a TV and an ensuite in the master bedroom which was great! Nice pool too!"
