"Poor location, far from downtown, and a lot of homeless. "

"Everything was very nice inside the hotel. Hotel staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and the things in the room seemed much newer. My biggest issue was the noise level outside. I’ll admit that I live in a rural area so I am not used to excessive traffic noise at night. They don’t call it Speedway Blvd for nothing. Cars were drag racing and squealing tires until probably 12am. Even the sound of the AC plus a noise machine didn’t drown out the noise level. Rooms in the back of the hotel may be quieter but I likely wouldn’t stay here again because of the noise level and lack of sleep."

"The room we stayed in was a little old and out dated but it did seem as some of the rooms were getting makeovers so maybe they will be updating all rooms."

"The property was comfortable and acceptably clean but the staff, especially Alyssa, was excellent! She was pleasant and thorough when we checked in and helped us several times afterward. Always with sincere professional attentiveness and a wonderful smile!"

"The property was beautiful. The house was spacious and enjoyable to be in. The bedrooms were spacious and well appointed. The kitchen had everything you would need. Although the pool is not heated, my family enjoyed using it. I would definitely rent it again."
