"Wir verbrachten 4 Nächte in der Wohnung. Sie ist gut gelegen und ist eigentlich eine schöne Wohnung. Allerdings war es nicht sauber, staubig und verschmutzt. Es war ein sehr heißes Wochenende, leider hatte der Kühlschrank kein Eisfach und den Balkon konnte man nicht benutzten, da es keinerlei Möbel gab. "Pros: Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage und ist sehr geräumig und sauber gewesen. Die Bilder in der Anzeige stimmen komplett mit der Realität überein. Auch die Lage ist sehr ruhig und wirklich schön ländlich. Trotzdem sind Supermärkte und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der direkten Nähe. Cons: Die Nachbarn in der unteren Wohnung waren gerade am frühen Morgen (06:00 Uhr) sehr laut sodass wir eigentlich jeden Morgen ab 6:00 wach waren. Es war lautes Gebrüll. "Great location, across a nice shopping mall, very close to a beautiful park and the pedestrian old city. Perfect for us. Staff was very nice, especially Philip, Marian and Lena. Great place to stay with a dog as well. Everybody so welcoming towards our shy pup. Altogether great experience, would definitely recommend for anybody. Also great air conditioning and wifi!"

"The room was nice, just didn’t like that the ad on Expedia stated that the hotel had a full service spa when there was no spa at all. The area where the hotel is located is near a lot of construction; I got lost getting there/missed my turns driving to get to check in. The ac wasn’t working in my room, there was no room service, and the food at the piano bar wasn’t that good. There were four friendly and helpful front desk concierges at certain points of my stay and the first day of breakfast was decent. Other than that. I checked out early due to one of the clerks barging in my room two times, then housekeeping, and then the electrician. Unfortunately, one of the night shift concierges didn’t full run my card for the next day, and so that’s when the day shift concierge barged into my room telling me I didn’t pay. Also, they had given my room away & I was still in it but found out when a stranger barged in the room and backed out with her suitcase. It was too much, even though another rep was nice enough to clear up any confusion when I came downstairs to checkout. My card was placed on hold, not charged but I was told by the night shift rep that it was good to go. Had I taken the copy of the receipt the night before maybe the fiasco wouldn’t have happened but either way the first rep that barged in my room and that I talked to over the phone was very rude. Other than that, the shower and bathroom as a whole was nice, clean, and nothing was broken."

"It was a nice hotel. The pool was freezing when it was open and not under construction. We had problems with our AC. The breakfast is delicious and housekeeping very nice. I wish they would have informed us on how to unlock the 38 degrees shower temperature, as we did not figure that out until our last night."

"Our stay at the lake hotel was simply wonderful. The room was very spacious, cozy, and tastefully furnished. It was spotlessly clean, and the bed was excellent. The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, and the evening meals were outstanding. We especially enjoyed the sauna, the hotel’s private beach right on the lake, and our large terrace. In short, we highly recommend this hotel."
