We truly enjoyed our stay at loon’s Cove!It was so relaxing, with the fire pit, kayaks, canoes, and paddle boats, and in addition, outdoor wood-burning, sauna, and a jump in the lake, provided such an invigorating experience!I would definitely come back!

This place was just what we needed for relaxation. We were able to explore the UP and come back and relax on the lake fireside and in the sauna.
Wonderful, quiet, peaceful lake. Home was quite clean but does have a very musty odor if you have allergies. King bed in the basement is 2 twin beds pushed together with a mattress pad on top which was comfortable enough but the middle does tend to sink in if you roll into the middle. Was quite hot upstairs without any a/c but the basement stayed nice and cool. Overall a very nice getaway if you are looking for off the beaten bath and beautiful UP nature/scenery.
Beautiful view, lots of amenities, comfortable beds, easy check-in, clean, plenty of fans, everything you need in the kitchen for cooking and grilling. I would recommend bringing drinking water if you do not like hard well water. I made crystal light, ice, coffee with tap water but drank bottled water. This house has old cottage charm and has been well maintained. Watch your step going in and out of the sun porch the concrete has shifted over the years and you have to step over the door frame to uneven/ cracked concrete that is under the rug. Not a big deal but my 70 year old mom with a bad knee and 4 year old nephew had to be careful. We all had a wonderful time.
