Because of a convention in town, the room was very expensive for the night. The floors were cracked concrete, with chunks missing telling me the original flooring had been ripped up but nothing had been done to fix that. I was fine to overlook that but the walls were so thin, I could hear the high heels of the person on the cement floors in the room next to us. I could also clearly hear every word they were saying when they were just talking. They woke us up repeatedly during the night and into the next morning because the walls were so thin and every time they moved across the concrete floor, it was extremely loud to us in the neighboring room.

I thought this was hotel was nice. Yes, the location is amazing but for the price and the small room I thought it was a little expensive. I found it difficult to use my Lyft options outside of the hotel entrance because a ton of cars were double parked with nobody in these cars so I had to walk up the block just to get a lift. The amenities in the room itself were sparse. There was no refrigerator or microwave or plug in outlets to plug in my phone device- yes it’s just a room yes I get they want to create a nostalgic feel but for the price I paid ($400), i expect that there is appropriate electrical devices if and when I need them. I won’t stay here again, but the location was great. It’s up to you if you wanna spend almost $400+ for a very small room. The staff was very nice but in the room itself I saw no option to call the front desk for anything I might need, no welcome book or options for what I can do in the area so siren if you’re gonna charge me that much money have a little bit of a welcoming feel when I walk into the room.
