About this property

Right on Medina Lake! Your large Deck overlooks the lake.

  • Brand new rehab in 2022, so everything is new from beds to appliances. There is wireless internet and TVs in most bedrooms. It is complete with coffee pot, K-cups, pots and pans and more. All appliances are new. There are 2 Queens/two bunkbeds with full size beds on bottom bunk. Will sleep 8 comfortably. There is a a beautiful Medina Lake view from the kitchen, living room, the upstairs bedroom, and one balcony with a coffee table.

    The lake in front of our house is down to 14 feet. You will have beautiful views from your deck of the hills across the lake. It is a short drive to the town of Lakehills for restaurant choices and entertainment options. We have the best of both worlds with peace and quiet, country living and comforts of home, but can still get to San Antonio outskirts in 30 minutes.

    Note: 6/25/23 Our stairs do go to the dock and water, but the dock is on land. We look forward to you relaxing and staying in our beautiful home.
