"The staff were super responsive, helpful and flexible in getting our room setup for our family. The room was big with amazing view of the city. It’s connected to a mall where you can easily visit and shop at. When we had flight cancellation due to weather they helped us change our reservations smoothly. Everybody is friendly and helpful. "This hotel is in an amazing location, is clean, well-maintained and has very helpful staff all for a fantastic price-point. It has kiosk-style self check-in but don't let this fool you into thinking you're in a no-frills budget hotel. Check-in is easy and smooth and there are plenty of amenities in the hotel. The rooms are well-equipped and comfortable. When I go back to Taipei, I'm definitely staying at this hotel again."
