"This was the perfect place to call home for a week with 3 of my dive buddies. This home is in an excellent location and the covered outside patio next to the pool was the most relaxing spot to unwind after a day underwater. If you want to dive precipitous coral walls and chill with the most friendly locals around, look no further. Sam, the host, is absolutely top notch! Besides allowing us to check in early, it was everything else that she did that made a lasting impression. We needed sheets for the very comfortable pull out sofa and within 30 minutes, the house cleaner had us taken care of. She coordinated the rental car with us and although our plane was an hour late arriving, the pickup was seemless. Sam made sure we knew where to eat every day. We received daily texts she forwarded from the locals about their menus. Way more affordable than club med and much better food quality. If you want a truly authentic Bohemian experience, stay in this lovely home and let Sam take care of you! The locals love spending time with you. Donāt waste your time staying in Club Med in their bubble with the clown show and go explore the real Bahamas. Definitely utilize Riding Rock for your dives. Thanks a million Samantha!"

"We had a perfect stay at Sea Breeze. The backyard provides perfect sunsets and beach access surrounded by lush vegetation and coconuts. The kitchen has all the supplies needed to prepare meals and eating your dinner while watching the sunset on the deck. This house is situated in the perfect location close to two island grocery stores, liquor stores, the marina, and a few restaurants. The airport is also not far from the house. San Salvador is perfect for diving, snorkeling, and relaxing at the beach. Our favorite beach was Grotto beach just south from the house and easy to access. You can go out on fishing trip with Captain Bruce who leaves out of the marina or hook up with Charlie the caretaker. If you can, rent the kayaks and van from the owners. The van has kayak racks and you can drop in at pigeon creek and view sea turtles, young sharks, and baby groupers. Pigeon creek has a boat ramp for easy access to the shallow creek. This was a big highlight of our trip. We also visited Dixon lighthouse that is guarded by goats. Dixon lighthouse is a working lighthouse with a rich history. The people of San Salvador are kind and will help you with directions and suggestions, just ask them! The wonderful owners, Wally and Alex, were gracious hosts and will answer any question in a timely manner. Wally and Alex sent us perfect directions and suggestions on how to best enjoy our stay. They both ensured we had the perfect stay and we canāt wait to return to this special island."
