"El domingo 12 de abril fue mi cumpleaños,entonces llegamos el viernes a la noche después del trabajo para quedarnos hasta el lunes a la mañana y poder disfrutar de la piscina y Jacuzzi,pero la misma noche del viernes tanto la piscina como el jacuzzi estaban abarrotados de gente y cerraban a las 10pm entonces lo dejamos para el sábado y lo mismo,imposible estar allí.Bueno lo haremos el domingo que no habrá tanta gente,pero nos encontramos con la sorpresa que la cerraron por reformas y a mí no me notificaron! Una verdadera pesadilla este hotel! El desayuno está bien pero todos los días lo mismo y se acaba el café no lo reponen…en fin nunca más este hotel y donde esté esta cadena de hoteles"

"Fresh? The only thing that was so called fresh was apples that looked old. No pastries, only white bread not really impressed. But the waffles were great "

"I paid for a City View and two beds, they gave me 1 bed first and 2 bed no view the second time. I had to change 3 different times and they charged me for the change. "

"My family and I stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. Both rooms had plenty of space. The living room section had good space and the kitchen was nice. The only problem we had was the pool area. No seating, no towels, the water was freezing and the walk area was very slippery. "

"Room 101 was very clean and well equipped. However, it WAS THE NOISIEST HOTEL ROOM I'VE STAYED IN OVER 45 YEARS !! Right off the Front Desk and Lobby. Do you think that everyone over 65 years old needs a handicapped room near the front desk? I don't - Noise was horrible, staff made it worse. I had to go out at MIDNIGHT and complain - Midight !!"

"We did have a great time however upon entering the room I was very upset because the room pictured looked nothing like the actual room. I thought I chose a beautiful blue room but instead the room we got was plain and nothing like the pictures. The staff were great and the restaurant was great but our room was not."
