It’s a very nice quiet resort there’s not much to do there’s not much transportation and it’s 20 minutes from the busier city life for restaurants and so forth. Also there is no beach there that you can go in

We had a great time at the resort. Great location, food options and casino. The only issues we had was connecting to their WiFi the first day. The staff assisted us and also reset their router. We also had muddy looking water when we first turned on water in the shower each day. The suggestions I would have is to put signs in different areas of the hotel on how to get to restaurants and also to put it in the elevator.

The hotel was a great place to stay. The staff was great and the place is beautiful.

This is in the area of cruises so everything closes around 5. A taxi is definitely needed to go places in the evening

The hotel was not what was advertised. First of all, pictures showed a giant pool when there were three pools, each smaller than the next. Then, it was pathetic an all-inclusive. The breakfast buffet was tiny. There was little to no fruit available at any meal. There was no water in the room. You had to ask for it at the bar. Unlike any other all inclusive where I have stayed any all inclusive benefits ended at breakfast even if you were departing in the afternoon. The bartender at the pool bar was exceptional as was the woman who cleaned my room 330. Some other employees seemed disinterested and did not even make eye contact.
