"The hotel had a great ambience. The rooms were a good size, but had signs of age. Our room particularly had a bathroom door that did not lock, and there were a couple cleanliness issues, but nothing major. The location is adequate. We had an event at the Bridgestone Arena, and it was very easy to walk there. The night front desk staff in particular were very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was fairly standard. I liked that it wasn't exactly the same each morning. Similar items were offered every day, but the items that did change were a nice surprise. All in all, I think the price is a bit high for a standard queen room. I know the location is a big part of it, but there are other options that may be a better value. This was our first trip to Nashville, and overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt."

"I’m rating this a 4 star only because the room we stayed in really just needed a good deep clean. The one room had dust on the wall and ceiling fan, there was some food on the kitchen floor, and the pull out couch needed cleaned. The bedroom beds were clean though and the place is overall very nice. Just could use some better cleaning."
