Lovely, large beach house with ocean views and just seconds from the popular Middleton Surfing Beaches. A spacious holiday home, Karma Waters has three separate living areas, giving plenty of room for families to relax together or to spread out, with some enjoying the views and quiet times upstairs while others play in the well equipped games room downstairs. Rain or shine, you will have fun at Karma Waters!

Surf School runs from the carpark down the road directly in front of the house. The well known bikeway runs along the coast from Goolwa to Victor, passing by very near the house. A lovely path for kids to learn to ride or for families to head off on a longer ride to the Port Elliot Bakery.

Karma Waters offers the very best in family accommodation and is beautifully presented.

Accommodating up to 10 adults, Karma Waters is suitable for group getaways or quiet family holidays.

4 Bedrooms (1x king bed, 2 x queen beds, 4 singles (presented as bunks), 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets, ensuite with corner spa bath, 2 x TV, DVD theatre system, ducted reverse cycle air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, laundry with washing machine and dryer, BBQ, pool table, table tennis table, soccer table, outdoor shower, fenced lawned yard.

All sheets (flat & fitted plus pillowcases), towels, tea towels and toilet paper to be provided by the tenant. Quilts, blankets, mattress protectors and pillows are provided for all beds.

Note: king size sheets (flat and fitted) are available on request for a charge of $20. Other sizes not available.
