Wonderful home for a family.

Beautiful views of the beaches and Mansions. Comfortable house for our family of 7 adults. Quiet neighborhood, but only a short drive over to the hustle bustle of the Newport nightlife. I highly recommend this property!

Awesome Place

This was our groups second time staying at this property. We stayed here back in 2017 for a reunion trip and booked it again this year. The property was great, spacious, nice back yard, and outstanding views. Kevin was a great host and hopefully we will be back in the future for a third time. It is a quite neighborhood with a quick walk / taxi ride to downtown Newport. Thank you for a great stay!

Awesome home

Our group of 10 found this to be an awesome place! Plenty of beds and lots of living space to spread out. It had everything we needed, and more. The neighborhood is quiet and a great place to walk, with trails nearby. It’s also within walking distance to several restaurants, and a short drive to the beach, Cliff Walk, and Newport waterfront. Kevin was wonderful to work with and very responsive. We’ll be back!

Beach Bach

This house is beautiful and just what me and my group needed for a Bachelorette party I hosted in Newport! Great home for the 10 of us with plenty of parking in the driveway for our 6 vehicles! Kevin was so attentive to our needs and really made our stay stress free. The proximity to downtown Newport is a huge plus as Uber or car rides are less than 10 minutes! Close to the beach, shops, lots of restaurants, cliff walk, mansions, you name it! I give this property a 10/10 and will rent from Kevin the next time I am in the area! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Unfortunate Experience for Wedding

I rented Kevin's home for 5 days with friends around the 4th of July for a wedding that was in Newport, which Kevin's home was advertised as being perfect for. Kevin consistently badgered me with messages throughout our stay, and showed up at the house unannounced on several occasions - once before 6am, looking through the windows to see the status of it while we were asleep, which one guest noticed while using the bathroom. He showed up again to scold us for having the windows open in the morning when it was raining, and I explained that we had fallen asleep with the windows open (when it was not raining) because it was hot and the house has no A/C. He entered the home at this time and berated me, which was very uncomfortable. At the end of our stay, Kevin called me to ask how we were going to rate our stay, which felt very unprofessional. I travel and utilize short-term rentals frequently, and I have to say this was the most unpleasant experience I've had with a host. The house is nice and in a good location, but our experience with the host distracted from the wedding, unfortunately.

Great family home near the beach!

What a beautiful, inviting home! There was plenty of space for our large family group to spread out or be all together. It was great to have a yard for the children (and adults) to play. Check in and out was easy. Kevin, our host, was accessible and happy to answer any questions we had.

Great house, great host

We had a great experience renting from Kevin. The house is beautiful and kept very clean- and the views from the master bedroom are incredible. Kevin is responsive and helpful and we would be happy to stay there again.

Excellent place to enjoy Newport

We had a great weekend at Kevins property. The house was perfect for the group that we had. The yard and back deck are great and the house is less than 10 minutes from everything in downtown Newport. The only tiny downside I would say is that there are no blinds on a few of the windows which provide an insanely great view, but the bedrooms do get quite bright in the mornings!

Beautiful Labor Day Destination

Kevin’s home is absolutely beautiful! It was exactly what we were looking for on Labor Day weekend for our group of 9. The home is incredibly spacious and kevin was very friendly. He gave us many suggestions on restaurants, beaches, things to do in Newport. The sunset views from the third floor are breathtaking!

Beach Getaway Weekend

Great property with ample beds and space for groups. The outdoor patio (with grill) and yard is ideal for lounging and yard games. Kevin was very responsive and accommodating - would absolutely recommend for a couples weekend.

Newport is right next door!

A very nice home in a good neighborhood with easy access to Newport. Just a short walk to places for breakfast and the beach. Short drive to Newport downtown & attractions. Particular likes were the piano – a nice treat for us; plenty of towels and of a good quality; well supplied for mugs & glasses; and plenty of gathering space. Bedding was comfortable. All was very clean and well appointed. The host was very responsive. HIghly recommend.

Fantastic get-together home

We rented this property for a long weekend friends get-together (with babies). The property was exactly as advertised. There is ample ground floor living space and a large deck and yard. The third-floor suite is excellent and the porch there (fits two) is fantastic for a sunset drink or morning coffee. Location is fantastic and there are a few little extras thrown in, like lawn games in the basement. Kevin was a fantastic host who was very quick to respond with the few questions we had. Oh, and the grill was clean and in good shape, which is not always the case with rental properties.

Stay in Middletown

Family had a great time in Middletown, Newport, the beaches, shopping, food, etc, etc Only issue was the lack of AC in the house on a very hot July week. Owners provided fans which made it bearable. Overall an excellent experience.
