Beautiful, coastal luxury, heated, salt water pool home in upscale Middletown neighborhood. One to Two miles from Newport/Middletown beaches, only seven minutes to downtown Newport. 5 bedroom, 4 baths, lower level game room and bunk beds. Pool table, ping pong, darts, large TVs. Pool house, hot tub, plus bar/TV on back deck and large yard. Off street parking for 10 cars. Large manicured yard. Ample off street parking for guests.

Wonderful neighborhood with plenty of privacy and close to beaches and Newport!
Spacious deck with outdoor bar, gas grill, TV and built in 3-4 person hot tub. Inground heated, salt water pool and outdoor shower. Pool house has super comfy sofa bed, TV, mini fridge and additional sink with vanity, hot/cold water.

Interior of home completely renovated, 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, open floor plan with high end, comfortable furniture. 4 bedrooms, 2 baths on upper level, 1 full bath on main level, bunk beds and queen bed with full bath on lower finished level.

Lower level game room equipped with pool table, ping pong, darts, games, large screen TV and twin bunk beds.

UPPER LEVEL: 2 full baths

POOL HOUSE: Hot/cold water sink with vanity, outside shower. Pull out sofa bed if needed.

Guests have full access to all 3 levels of living, entire yard and pool area. No access to garage or locked owners closets.

Linens, pillows, blankets supplied. Fully equipped kitchen. Second floor laundry available for guests in upper level hallway. Check in 3pm on first day of stay. Check out by 10am on last day. Door codes will be provided 24 hours in advance of guest arrival.
