Cozy 2-bedroom house for Active Adults in Middletown

Our cozy but spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath single family home is nestled in an active adult community where amenities abound inside and out. Enjoy cooking in our fully stocked kitchen, relaxing on the front porch or back deck, or getting a great night's sleep in either of the more than comfortable king sized beds.

We look forward to welcoming you to our quiet, peaceful, and friendly neighborhood which is close to shops, restaurants, parks and the mall, but still ideal for relaxing.

The main suite includes a custom walk-in closet, double vanity and stand up shower with bench. A king size bed with mattress topper, smart lamps, and additional storage make this a comfy retreat. The second bedroom has a generous closet, king size bed and is next to the second full bathroom which is also available to visitors. Both bedrooms have soft carpet underfoot, blackout curtains, and Roku smart televisions.

The open concept common areas boasts engineered hardwood floors throughout, plenty of light and offer viewing of the large Samsung smart television. In addition to stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, the kitchen offers conveniences such as a coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster convection oven, and garbage disposal. Use the gas cooktop or double convection oven to whip up meals. Coffee, water, and a few adult beverages await to quench your thirst.

Enjoy the sunrise on the back deck or the sunset on the front porch. The HOA takes care of lawn maintenance and snow removal. Get out into the Bayberry South community to enjoy the many walking trails around the ponds.

Close to shopping, restaurants, parks and more, you can plan excursions or day trips to Dover, Wilmington, Philly, Baltimore/DC or the beautiful Delaware beaches, ALL within 2 hours drive.
