"Very friendly staff! Jess the receptionist allowed us to check in at 10am rather than 4pm! The ladies working the bar and strabucks counter were super friendly and helpful. The property manager accommodated myself and kids even though the hot tub was out of service, jets didn’t work and it wasn’t hot, she brought us new towels and allowed us to stay in the pool. "

"Thoroughly enjoyed my 2 night stay. Facilities were neat and clean, staff were friendly and knowledgeable and overall it was a very quiet location. Everything worked as it should. Many fine restaurants and shops are within walking. When I return to the Manchester area, I won’t hesitate to stay here again. "

"Beautiful area, outside of facility looks dated, but that’s not realistic to change. Inside has had a nice update. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had an inconsiderate and noisy person upstairs over us, just a matter of who is there. We would surely stay here again."

"Every person here was extremely polite and welcoming.They were a very welcoming group.Room was clean. It is disappointing the breakfast area and the bar are closed in the summer.I understand why the bar is closed, since less people stay in the summer, but they could provide a little more then coffee, even just donuts."
