"The staff were very friendly and accommodating. When we arrived we asked for some spoons and we got them right away. The following day the cleaning staff didn’t leave an extra roll of TP, got it right away. Room was very clean, and quiet, breakfast was good, plenty to choose from. Would recommend."

"This resort is in such a beautiful location with amazing views. The beach is nice, the restaurant’s food was amazing and its staff were wonderful, and the rooms are nice, although nothing fancy. I would like a mirror in the room somewhere since there is only one in the bathroom. I would also like seats outside on the balcony so we can enjoy a morning coffee while watching the beautiful lake views. The staff were all lovely as well. It’s a great little gem."

The Loon Muskoka Cabin - TeaLakeCottages

"Beautiful location with gorgeous views. New heat exchange air conditioning was great in a heat wave. Dock was perfect for fishing, swimming, and lounging. Lovely protected fire pit seating area. This is definitely an old style muskoka cabin. They should embrace that vibe and decorate accordingly for a nostalgic experience. Beds were comfortable, but bedrooms were very tiny. Thoughtfully, there was a small bedside table in one room just large enough for a CPAP machine. Hooks on the wall in that room would be a helpful addition. The tiny bathroom has been updated but has no towel bar or hook and the shower leaks if you use the rainshower option. Kitchen has absolutely everything you need. Cushions for the porch chairs would be helpful as they are black metal and got extremely hot plus weren't comfortable. Kayaks were in decent condition and though shared by three cottages, while we were there, had good availability. We took our own canoe, paddles and life jackets but there were some there. The boat rack was new and worked well. The BBQ also was newer and worked well. There was a visable gap under the cabin door and I put patches on some windows screen holes but bugs weren't an issue. We enjoyed our stay!"
