Mechanics of getting the room and the room was good. That facility is noisy (many workers) and my room faced the parking lot. No way to shutter the window to block the light.

There is a window that is broken and taped together you can see when you get there. The elevator is down and they said call the front desk when you’re ready for it and we’ll bring it to you. When I try to call my phone in the room does not work. I will not be staying here again. The front desk guy was nice at check in

Waited for staff at the counter for over 15 minutes to even check in. Called earlier in the evening to tell front desk, no answer and there was no answer when calling this time either. Hotel was great though. Great pet room and breakfast. Quiet area.
