Temiz olmasina karsin odadaki havlular islakti. Lavaboda temizlik fircasi yoktu. Kahvalti vasatti, ekmek cok bayatti, cogu sey biz gelene kadar bitmisti. Cok daha iyilestirilmeli.

Avis mitigé...

J'ai fait une réservation pour cet hôtel car tous les autres étaient complets pour ces dates là. Je m'attendais, étant donné le prix, à un 3 étoiles mais il faut savoir qu'il n'y a pas d'air conditionné dans les chambres (en tous cas je n'en ai pas trouvé dans la mienne, au dernier étage : indispensable surtout en été en Mésopotamie), pas de "kettle" pour se préparer thé ou café, pas d'eau en bouteille dans le frigo, etc... Ce n'était pas facile d'obtenir la connexion Wifi dans ma chambre et elle se débranchait régulièrement, mais disponible dans le salon près de la réception est assez confortable et on vous y offre le thé. Par contre, les chambres sont très vastes avec un lit double géant et un lit simple et l'endroit est relativement calme la nuit. Petit déjeuner suffisant, mais très sommaire. Au niveau du personnel : les responsables sont très aimables mais devraient apprendre à tous leurs subordonnés à être un peu plus souriants et disponibles. En bref : OK pour un passage d'une ou deux nuits mais je n'y ferais pas un long séjour. Désolée d'être un peu négative, je suis une tour leader retraitée qui a travaillé et beaucoup voyagé dans cette région. Je prévois que dans les années à venir il y aura beaucoup plus de touristes dans cette petite ville, étant donné le succès de Mardin surpeuplé de touristes locaux non loin de là, donc cet hôtel a tout intérêt à s'améliorer un peu s'il veut avoir une bonne réputation.
