Great hotel, nice big rooms and a full mini kitchen. Great location near the Dotonbori, Shinsekai and Namba Yasaka Jinja and tons of shopping. They have a live band izakaya across the street that have live music and no cover charge. Have the best night there!

The hotel room had a strong, lingering odor of cigarette smoke, despite being advertised as a non-smoking room. Ironically, I was handed a non-smoking policy statement when I checked in.
my hair, all unpacked stuff in my luggage ended with smoke ordor. the expereince was so bad even when the location was only a few steps away from the subway station and the Osaka Dome.
Recommand to look for any other hotel on the subway line than this. the price performance ratio was definately negative.

I booked a twin room hoping it will have some reasonable space- I was wrong, the rooms are the size of a shoebox. My friend and I have to move two suitcases around to pass through. Also could not open a heavy suitcase without placing it over the bed. Imagine the hassle. I know its Japan and the sizes here were small, but I was truly expecting something reasonable and humane. Spend your money somwhere else, SPA world next door has better sized rooms for the same price which includes Spa access.
