"Das Appartement hat eine sehr gute Lage und die Ausstattung ist auch in Ordnung. Wir hatten einen kleinen Balkon. Es wäre wirklich eine prima Unterkunft wenn es keine Probleme mit dem Zugang zur Wohnung gegeben hätte. Um in das Treppenhaus zu kommen gab es einen Code. Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten hat es dann geklappt. Oben an der Wohnungstür sollte neben der Tür auch eine codebox sein. Da müsste man erstmal suchen. An der Tür war ein Schlüsselkasten mit 4 Zahlenrädchen aber der Code hatte 5...

"after 700 nights booked (and having 95+ % great experiences) we are quite simply shocked and near speechless about the horrors of this place. to cut it short: no heating. no hot water, no wifi (they gave us a password that didnt work with anything). when we wrote them that we can not proceed with the night wearing jackets and having no heating, they completely IGNORED us (all 3 messages) but wrote back another wifi password that "we can try".... the place looks and feels like an abandoned dump...

"Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub und waren insgesamt zufrieden mit der Ferienwohnung.Es gibt jedoch einen kleinen Verbesserungsvorschlag: Es wäre schön, wenn ausreichend Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt würden, insbesondere Dusch-, Hand- und Gästehandtücher.Ansonsten hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Vielen Dank!Wir werden mit Sicherheit wieder kommen ,denn Lage der Wohnung mit Kleinkind optimal ,alles da, was benötigt wird und auch der Vermieter ( Kommunikation und alles super ) sehr nettDanke für den Urlaub mit Tochter und Enkel S& T Hanz"
