"Arrived on Sunday night and told the lady at the desk I needed the advertised shuttle at 6am the next day. She confirmed and said it would be a shuttle or they would book me an uber.
Got to the lobby at 5:40am the next morning no staff in sight. At 6:03am the breakfast lady came out. Still no front desk staff. And no shuttle. Or uber. At 6:10am having still not seen the front desk staff I booked my own uber so as to not miss my flight.
Avoid this place. They either lie or don’t know what they are doing and having no one at the desk for half an hour at a time of day where flights are obviously going to be leaving is ridiculous. "

"Shower in my room was not working. Thought the whole faucet was going to pull out of the wall. It was fixed the day I reported it, but was not able to get shower before I left for the day. Was not given any compensation for the room since it was already paid for thur Expedia. "
