The hotel is well located near the main road, so pretty accessible if you arive by car. The train station is also not far. The facility is well maintained, room condition good, and the staff friendly. Highly recommended.

The hotel was very clean, pretty modern looking, but not sure if it’s a new hotel, but there was a smell of “construction.” Having renovated houses, the smell in the hallway/room/stairwell is what that reminded me of. Otherwise, the hotel room was spacious and clean. I do wish there was a holder for a hand towel in the sink/vanity area. The staff was great, and they had our luggages delivered from the airport already in our room when we checked in. In fairness, this area of Japan is remote and a car is needed to get around, but there is a supermarket within a few minutes walk from the hotel.

Hotel with great view.

Stay suring sakura matsuri. Window side full of sakura, make people happy. The only drawback is that the hotel does not have a restaurant, making dining inconvenient.

During my stay at Fairfield by Marriott Mie Kumano Kodo Mihama, the most annoying issue was the restriction on the in-room TV. The television is clearly a modern smart TV equipped with apps like YouTube and Netflix. However, the hotel has blocked all of these functions for no clear reason, making them completely unavailable to guests. In a quiet area like Kumano Kodo, where there isn't much nightlife, being unable to stream anything to unwind in the evening was a major letdown. It makes no sense for the hotel to install Smart TVs and then intentionally disable their core features. If you enjoy watching YouTube or Netflix during your hotel stay, be prepared for a disappointing setup here.

This is a very nice experience. Staffs are extremely helpful and friendly. When I was bite by mosquitoes and the condition was serious, they offered me ointment for consecutively three days. This really helped because there were nowhere that I could buy the onintment nearby! They also recommended tourist spots for us. The hotel is so beautiful and clean, spacious and comfortable. Everything is so fine, nothing to complain. Thank you for giving us such a nice experience. Definitely will recommend Fair Marriot. 環境寧靜，酒店外面就是七里御濱的石灘，可以看海，酒店附近的餐廳不多，但酒店附近有一間居酒屋很好吃！唯一的缺點是阿田和站比較偏遠，JR班次很疏，巴士都只有一小時一班車。
