TRAVELERS: CHILDREN OVER 3 YEARS OLD COUNT AS ADULTS. EXPEDIA DOES NOT TELL YOU THIS.
I would highly recommend this place if staying for a long period of time more than two or three nights. The hotel is extremely walkable to okochimache station and the market nearby. The staff are very friendly and the amenities offered are well worth the value. Our room had an amazing view of the trains and Tokyo skytree which made the stay extra memorable. WILL DEFINITELY BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN 🙂

"KPH Guest Service Center Smile Concierge was a welcome surprise after exiting the Karuizawa Station exit. The persons at the GSCSC were extremely helpful and gave me all sorts of guidance for my stay which proved to be very useful Appreciated the shuttle which runs from KPH GSCSC Karuizawas Station ..."
