VUT/MA/78131This modern and comfortable apartment is located on the second floor (note, no elevator) in the Monte B complex, part of the gorgeous Miraflores area - this is an maintained and gated complex with 2 swimming pools, one of which has a snack bar during the bathing season. The complex has gardens too. In the area there are a varierty of services, including tennis, paddle, golf, bars, supermarkets and restaurants.
There is 24h security in the area and plenty of free parking
The apartment itself has been prepared and decorated with style and detail to ensure that you have everything you need, it can accommodate 2 people in a spacious living area made up of the bedroom with wardrobe, bathroom with shower and in the livingroom a full sized sofa, also a dining area and a kitchen.
The apartment has full size windows tilting for the enclosed balcony, that can open up in the summer for the sun and a breeze. Outside the door along the corridor is a small table and chairs ready for a lovely view over the mountains and surrounding areas. It is truly breath-taking.


The kitchen is fully equipped with electric hob, oven, fridge and freezer.
Here is everything you need for a self-catering stay:

There is hot and cold air conditioning throughout the property. Please use it responsibly: do not leave doors or windows open when it is in use and do not leave it on when the apartment is empty. We reserve the right to restrict use if not being used correctly.
The complex has free parking all around and is an easy drive to the charming town of La Cala de Mijas, where you will find a large choice of bars and restaurants, supermarkets and market, beach board walk and often there are events and shows available too.
Malaga airport is 32 km away.
For check-in after 22:30 there may be an additional charge payable on arrival.
Check-out time is 11.00am, check in is from 15.00h unless otherwise agreed, we do try to be as flexible as possible.
Please note that the apartment is strictly no smoking and pets are not allowed in the Miraflores community at any time.
There are signs in the apartment please do not get locked out as it may result in needing locksmith callout and you may be liable for the cost!

Please note that by Decree for water-saving measures from December 2023, pools are currently not permitted to be topped up and gardens cannot be watered. This clearly will affect presentation of gardens and could affect pool usage, so we do ask you to be understanding of these exceptional circumstances.
