La Cala Discovery

A nice apartment in a perfect peaceful location, adjacent to La Cala town. A very friendly place, predominantly ex pats with a Spanish feel. Professional level of communication and check in. Perfect!

L'emplacement de l'appartement est idĆ©al ; proche de la plage, avec un parking. Nous avons dĆ©jĆ  louĆ© dans cette rĆ©sidence mais pas dans l'appartement que nous avons rĆ©servĆ© cette annĆ©e. Nous avons Ć©tĆ© trĆØs dƩƧus des Ć©quipements intĆ©rieurs de l'appartement. Nous aurions eu plus de confort dans un mobil home ! Un salon avec des meubles sortis de grenier, n'ayant aucun style. Le canapĆ© Ć©tait trĆØs inconfortable, peut ĆŖtre sorti d'une poubelle compte tenu de son Ć©tat. La terrasse Ć©tait salle et le mobilier dans un Ć©tat pitoyable et sans Ć¢me (vulgaire table en plastique vert avec 3 chaises pour 4 personnes) Elle Ć©tait encombrĆ©e par des chaises et transats trĆØs abĆ®mĆ©s et inutilisables. Nous ne l'avons pas utilisĆ© une seule fois ! La cuisine, n'est pas non plus reluisante : des Ć©quipements de trĆØs bas de gamme (bouilloire, grille pain, planche Ć  repasser, fer...) , de la vaisselle dĆ©pareillĆ©e et sale (couverts, mugs, assiettes) Ć  notre arrivĆ©e, un torchon pour 17 jour ! Nous avons dĆ» changer les piles de la tĆ©lĆ©commande des clims. Les chambres trĆØs simples sans dĆ©coration, avec des rideaux froissĆ©s. Des matelas convenables. Les placards des chambres encombrĆ©s de linge inutile, des tiroirs cassĆ©s. Nous avons pris des photos en cas de rĆ©clamation. L'Ć©tat de l'appartement n'est pas en corrĆ©lation avec le prix proposĆ©. Nous ne renouvellerons pas notre sĆ©jour.

Everything was excellent

The apartment was excellent, very clean and a great location. Emma from La Cala Sales and Rentals was a huge help and lovely to communicate with. We will 100% be back!
