🛏️ The apartment has 2 bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms. The first bedroom features a 135-cm double bed, a storage bed, a closet, and a Smart TV, as well as a private bathroom with a shower and a towel warmer. The second bedroom features a large 160 cm double bed, two closets, direct access to the terrace, and a spacious en suite bathroom equipped with a shower, bathtub, bidet, double sink, and heated towel rack.



The living-dining room is spacious and cosy, equipped with a sofa bed, a Smart TV, and a comfortable massage chair—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or on excursions. The apartment also features an additional half-bath and central air conditioning and heating, ensuring comfort year-round. ❄️☀️



🌿 One of its main attractions is its glass-enclosed terrace of approximately 30 m², an ideal space to enjoy any time of year and even equipped with a Smart TV. From there, you’ll have direct access to the garden, where you’ll find a pleasant pergola and hammocks for relaxing outdoors. The barbecue in the garden is not permitted for use for safety and fire prevention reasons.



🍴The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and juicer. It also features a washing machine, an additional freezer, a blender, a pressure cooker, and an osmosis faucet, providing extra comfort for family stays.



🏊 The complex offers fantastic common areas. It features two pool areas: one with an adult pool and a children’s pool, available year-round according to community hours, and a second adult pool that is open seasonally. Availability and hours may be subject to community rules.



🏋️ Guests can also enjoy the community gym, a perfect perk for those who want to stay active during their holiday.



🚗 The accommodation includes a private covered parking space, located in the same building. Additionally, there are parking options available on the streets within the residential complex.
