Detached house with sun view and shared pool.

The real estate offers a peaceful environment. It includes an outside pool, shared by 9 houses but in practice always empty. It is located at 1600 feet from a golf resort, 0.6 miles to the beach, walking distance to restaurants and pubs. A sport resort can be also located at 1500 feet distance.
The house is well located to sun-set and sun-rise walks. The house includes 2 floors. The kitchen, the main bedroom, the living room, a terrace and a bathroom are located at the ground floor. In the first floor you can find two bedrooms each with its balcony and a bathroom for both.
The property has two private gardens. The front garden, oriented to the east, is wonderful for enjoying breakfast, while the west terrace and garden offers lovely dinners. The pool is lighted during the night and provides a nice environment.
The location is very close to the Malaga-Estepona highway (1 mile) and it allows quick and simple trips to Gibraltar, Ceuta, Malaga, Torremolinos, Ronda or Granada.

Chalet dos plantas con pequeño jardín , terrazas y piscina

La casa está muy bien, tiene todo lo que se necesita para la estancia, nos recibieron genial y la propietaria estuvo muy pendiente desde la reserva, se ofreció para indicarnos planes, restaurantes, muy bien El sitio muy bonito, está en urbanizaciones privadas, la piscina prácticamente para nosotros solos. El mar se ve por la terraza trasera Los contras son: Hay que coger el coche para todo , el aire acondicionado está en la escalera entre la primera y la segunda planta, lo que hace que se quede corto . Hemos pasado unos días geniales, la casa estaba limpia, la propietaria ha estado muy pendiente y la señora que nos recibió y recogió las llaves muy amable.

Nous avons passé de très bonne vacances, la maison était parfaite et la propriétaire très gentille. Deux petits défauts problème d’eau chaude et accès à la piscine impossible de se tenir à la rampe au premier escalier car il y a des buissons étant handicapé ce n’était pas pratique. À part ça c’était super je recommande cette location.

Nos ha gustado mucho, tiene una ubicación excelente, muy cerca de la playa, restaurantes.. La piscina una gozada, casi de uso exclusivo, bajaban muy pocos vecinos, una casa muy fresquita, la amabilidad de la propietaria, nos aconsejó restaurantes, y por su flexibilidad en la hora de entrada y salida, lo recomiendo sin ninguna duda.

Super praktisch huis met airco en heerlijk zwembad

Typisch Spaanse inrichting en van alle gemakken voorzien. Keuken is voorzien van oven, magnetron, afwasmachine en voldoende pannen en servies. Mooi ruim terras met vrij uitzicht. Airco aanwezig! Zwembad is heerlijk en rustig. Al met al een heerlijke plek om je vakantie te vieren. Alleen heeft het huis geen WiFi (internet aansluiting). We komen graag een keer weer !

Superb villa with pool

My family and I have returned today from this villa. We had a wonderful time. The pool was gorgeous and we never saw another soul even though it is a shared pool. Really really recommend a car. Quite a distance to walk anywhere but some very nice bars and restaurants nearby. We would return without hesitation

Le logement est très agré...

Le logement est très agréable et l'environnement est calme.La piscine a été très appréciée par les enfants.La situation de la maison est idéale pour visiter les villes et villages andalous. La propriétaire est très sympathique et accueillante.
