The property consists of two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, two full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and very spacious living room with direct access to the sunny terrace.
This stunning apartment boasts breathtaking sea views and is perfectly situated within walking distance to the beach and a variety of local amenities. The property is within a modern and well-connected urbanization, with two swimming pools and beautiful garden.
Surrounded by green areas, this apartment is just a short walk about 10 min to the beach, local shops, bars and restaurants. Enjoy the vibrant lifestyle of this coastal community at your doorstep, having good and quite sleep at night.
Prime Location: Only 38km from Malaga airport, 18km from Marbella, 14km from Fuengirola, 9km from Nikki Beach Marbella, 5km from Marina in Cabopino, 4km from La Cala de Mijas. Excellent base for exploring the most interesting places in Andalusia.
