Great stay

Lovely villa , oven wasn’t working, manager did try to help but nothing worked, Would definitely go back we had a great time, pool was a perfect size , kids had the best time in it, lots of space and all bedrooms were large and main bedroom was absolutely beautiful .

Great Villa

Holiday 2024

We arrived with 11 adults and 6 children for an extended family holiday. House not only managed to fit everyone easily, enough rooms to all be comfortable. House was clean, tidy and ready to use. The external areas are superb. Good seating to fit us all, BBQ, pool and lovely views. Pool could be a little warmer and the tiles round the pool are very slippery when wet. Overall a great location, with shops nearby, and easy access to Fuengirola and beyond. We would definitely come again.

My family decided to rent this villa over Christmas there were 13 of us, mostly adults but 2 young children and some younger adults, communication was great no issues, the villa location was just on the out side of town but a short ride to town by taxi, or there’s a bus, the villa was excellent maybe needing a freshen up but nothing major, the pool was cold but I suppose in summer months this isn’t an issue, all in all we had a great time and I would recommend this villa, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

There was 10 of us staying for easter, the property was quite dirty on arrival, we had to wash food off most of the plates & cuterly pre-use & the bathrooms, sheets, floors and kitchen all needed some serious attention. Never had to clean for a few hours on arrving anywhere before. There was no games room or table tennis table as advertised - which for the Teens of our group was disappointing especially when the weather didn't play ball. Unfortunately we had a fair amount of issues during our week that lead us to make making a false misrepresentation complaint to vrbo once home. But that being said we made the most of our trip... Location was great, the view spectacular, real easy to get to anywhere via a uber. The little bar/restaurant on site was lovely too. We had a fab week even if the cleaniness was shocking & the host has misleading points in her advert.

Large spacious villa in a convenient location!

We booked this villa for an extended family get together with ages from 4 to 72! It is very well situated, close to Fuengirola with a local supermarket and 2 restaurants within a few hundred yards. Unfortunately the weather was rather cold and wet for much of our stay and we therefore needed duvets on the beds. We struggled to find enough of these at first and those that we did have were very dirty and not pleasant with no duvet covers available. On contacting the owner they did arrange for someone to find some more for us and even ordered some from Amazon which we really appreciated. The villa kitchen is very well equipped with plenty of crockery, utensils, pans etc. The bedrooms were a good size but a little sparse with no mirrors. The 8 bedrooms were spread over the 3 floors of the villa with a large open area on the bottom floor which we felt could have been put to better use with perhaps another TV to provide a 2nd lounge area although the acoustics in the villa meant it was very noisy. The bathrooms on the lower floor were very smelly. The stairs are spiral and as our youngest was 4 they weren't a problem but might be for younger children. Some of the seating could do with replacing and the villa is showing signs of wear and in need of a bit of TLC. The swimming pool was nice and there was also a terrace area with cushioned seating. We did have a major problem with flies & small biting insects but that was prob just due to the time of the year and weather.

Fabulous villa in a great location. Quiet with wonderful views, excellent communication from the owner with smooth arrival and departure. Supermarket 5 min walk, in addition to two restaurants and a take-away same distance. Tennis courts and large communal pool also 5 mins away if you want a change from your own pool. I would highly recommend this villa - ideal for a large group of family/friends.

Absolutely loved this villa, we went as a surprise for my daughter’s 40th and it did not disappoint. Amazing views! We had the best family holiday! Pool was amazing kids loved it, outside area was large with plenty of sun loungers, and plenty of room to sit and eat a meal together. Lovely outside large veranda that was lit at night and looked beautiful. Inside was fabulous, everything you needed was there very well quipped kitchen plenty of crockery even supplied washing up liquid and cloths.Bedrooms were large and comfortable some with beautiful balconies, Location was good although we did have a car? Supermarkets not too far and beaches just a short drive away. We would hopefully visit again in the future and highly recommend. Host contacted us just before the holiday with clear instructions and we didn’t have any reason to contact her after it was just perfect. Thank you

Enormous, gorgeous villa stay for the whole family.

In short; massive villa, exceeded expectations, for a brilliant price.We were stunned to come across such a massive, beautiful property that ticked all of our boxes. Sleeps 20 guests, big pool, sun loungers, lots of entertaining space; wow!The villa was actually much bigger than we initially thought, the main area is large, the pool deep and massive, and theres a whole other area downstairs. Theres an indoor and outdoor fridge, plenty of storage, and the utilities were great. Everything worked as it should and we had a wonderful stay.

Great villa for a large number of guests

We had a great stay here. There were 4 families in our party, consisting of 12 adults and 3 teenagers, with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was fully equipped and the showers were lovely. However, I've only given 3 stars for cleanliness as the cleaner was still working when we arrived at 4pm and the outside toilet by the pool hadn't been cleaned at all (it wasn't left in a pleasant state from the last guests). The sun lounger cushions were a bit grubby and some of the loungers and outdoor seating were broken. It just seemed a little tired and in need of some tlc. Overall everything else was good, and the shop down the road was well stocked with all the basics. The staff at the local golf club bar were fantastic at helping us to book taxis, and their meals were decent and reasonably priced, too. A trip to the beach was approx 5-10mins in a taxi, with loads of bars and restaurants beach side. Would recommend for a large party as the villa is very spacious.

Be Careful

To start with its a Beautiful Villa located in a wonderful part of Mijas. Things started really well. We had been communicated with well. I had asked for a late checkout that I was assured was no issue when booking. When we arrived the place was not as tidy as we hoped. The quality of the utensils and other equipment was not up to standard compared to many villas we have stayed in around the globe. It seemed like the pool heater was switched off at day 2 and the owner is blaming that on some stones being at the bottom of the pool. A view we do not share. We have stayed in many villas and you feel the water come out warmer from the pump. As we did on day 1. They did not provide enough duvets, pillows and towels for the guests. I did buy more and leave them for the next guests. No anti slip mats placed around. The tiles are so slippery and the owner just did not care about this. I would assume if you know they are slippery invest in some mats around showers and baths at least. The staircase is also not really advertised in the booking but please add more pictures as if you have young children you would want to know about this in advance. If I had seen it I would not have booked this. A few days before departure we had been advised that the owner had taken a booking on the day of our arrival and cancelled our late checkout. This is totally unprofessional, If you offer a guest late checkout please honour.And owner tried to charge us 400 on leaving for his own issues

Dejligt hus. Slidt hus. Manglede dog en del service i køkkenet. Dejligt der var et ekstra køle/fryseskab. Mega god pool! Kunne godt have brugt en kost, viskestykker og klude. Logement sous équipé- piscine très peu ou quasi peu chauffée

Très belle maison fidéle aux photos. Sur l'annonce il est précisé que la piscine est chauffée... Hors fin octobre, l'eau est à 20 degrés maxi donc pas terrible. Nous avons été très déçus de la température de la piscine. Nous avions choisi cette location parce que la piscine était chauffée. D' autre part, certains meubles étaient sur les photos et n'y étaient pas, comme une table basse, meuble Tv.. çà faisait un peu vide. La table basse aurait été utile pour les apéros. Sous équipement en matériel de cuisine, une seule poele pour la capacité du logement, c'est juste. Propriétaire réactif qui a répondu lorsque nous avions des besoins (couettes par exemple)

Spacious villa, perfect for a large group

We were a group of 8 on a golf trip and the villa was perfect for our needs. It is well located for lots of courses and the airport. There is a small supermarket and a few bars/restaurants just a short walk away. The villa was clean and the kitchen well enough equipped for our needs. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. There is lots of outside seating for a large group and the inside living room space was also big, for the odd occasions we weren’t outside. Communication prior to the trip was good and instructions for arrival and departure was clear and straightforward. We would happily book again.

Buen chalet pero tiene muchas cosas que arreglar y que mejorar.

La casa muy espaciosa y con muchas estancias diferentes en el exterior pero el suelo de alrededor de la piscina muy peligroso porque resbala, la puerta del garaje estropeada y se le cayó a un amigo encima, el menaje de cocina totalmente insuficiente, los armarios también, algún dormitorio no tiene, Las toallas muy deterioradas, la ropa de cama insuficiente y los edredones, que afortunadamente no utilizamos porque era verano, muy sucios, la mesa de pin pon es para niños y está destrozada, Y los Somieres de las camas individuales muy deteriorados. Si arreglaran, cambiaran Y completaran todas estas cosas que son mínimas pero necesarias, la estancia en el chalet sería una maravilla, porque merece la pena. Aun con todo nos apañamos y estuvimos muy a gusto.
